These Terms & Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, storefront, and services operated by Annjai Packaging ("Annjai Packaging", "we", "us", or "our"). By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order for corrugated boxes, tapes, poly mailers, or custom packaging solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our referenced policies.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business entity or corporate buyer, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
When creating an account on our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration data, including your legal name, business details, contact information, and shipping addresses.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (email and password).
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities and orders placed under your account credentials.
3. Commercial (B2B) & Retail Use
Annjai Packaging supplies packaging materials to individual retail customers as well as commercial, corporate, and e-commerce B2B buyers across India. B2B buyers requesting tax input invoices are responsible for providing valid and active GSTIN information prior to checkout. We reserve the right to verify GST credentials before issuing tax invoices.
4. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel
The receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Annjai Packaging reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of raw materials, corrugated stock, or manufacturing capacity.
- Inaccuracies or typographical errors in product specs or listed pricing.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized payment transactions flagged by our payment gateway.
- Incomplete or unverifiable shipping address details.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment processing, the full transaction amount will be refunded back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
5. Payment Terms
Prepaid Requirement: All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout before order processing, manufacturing, or dispatch commences. We accept payments exclusively through our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay (supporting Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, and digital wallets).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported unless explicitly negotiated under a separate credit agreement for enterprise B2B accounts.
6. Shipping & Delivery Terms
Physical orders are dispatched to delivery addresses within India using verified logistics partners. Please note:
- Delivery timelines provided on product pages or during checkout are estimates provided by courier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Annjai Packaging is not liable for dispatch delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, state border restrictions, or logistics partner delays beyond our reasonable control.
- Risk of loss transfers to the logistics carrier once the shipment leaves our manufacturing warehouse.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, product photographs, branding logos, design assets, text, graphic elements, and software components displayed on the platform are the exclusive property of Annjai Packaging. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit prior written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Annjai Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from your use of or inability to use our products or services.
In any event, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
